Data Terms
What may be done with the published series without asking, and what requires written permission.
01 Scope and Ownership
These terms cover the series values, tables, charts, and underlying data published on ccir.io (the “published data”). The published data and the compilations they form are © Compute Credit Index Research LLC. Photographs and third-party material credited on individual pages remain under their stated licenses.
02 Viewing, Quotation, and Citation
The site is free to read. Published values may be quoted and cited with attribution to CCIR (ccir.io), including the series identifier and publication date where the context allows, in research, reporting, internal analysis, and documents. The Methodology describes what each series measures. A citation relies on that document.
03 Systematic Retrieval and Redistribution
Systematic or bulk retrieval of the published data, redistribution of series or series history, commercial repackaging or resale, and use of the published data as an input to a derived commercial product each require written permission: research@ccir.io.
04 Referencing a Series in an Agreement
Parties considering a reference to a CCIR series in a credit agreement, confirmation, or valuation policy should see the Citation Annex — definitions, disruption events, and fallback drafting — and are invited to contact the administrator.
05 No Warranty
The published data are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Series are computed and corrected under the published Methodology and Change Management Policy. Use of the published data is at the user’s own risk. Revisions to these terms are posted on this page with the publication date above.
